Questions About Piano Lessons at Riff
Most children are ready around age 5 or 6, once they can sit and focus for a short lesson. But we welcome all ages and match every student with the right teacher. Not sure? A free trial lesson is the easiest way to find out.
A full piano isn’t required to get started. A basic keyboard works great for beginners. As your child progresses, your teacher can help you choose the right instrument for home practice.
Most beginners are playing simple songs within the first few weeks. Because we teach the music your child loves, motivation stays high, and steady weekly practice is what drives real progress.
There’s no pressure. If it’s a great fit, we’ll get your child set up with weekly lessons and flexible scheduling. If not, no worries at all. The trial is completely free.
