MORE THAN JUST GUITAR LESSONS
At Riff, we believe there’s more to learning guitar than sitting in a lesson room. Our students can join bands, perform live at real venues, play open mics, and record in our professional studio. This isn’t your typical music lesson experience with old school recitals. Why? Because we believe learning guitar is a lot more fun when there’s something exciting to work toward.
Why Riff?

PLAY MUSIC YOU LIKE
Students learn through songs they’re excited to play. We still teach theory, technique, and reading music, but they make a lot more sense when they’re connected to music you actually care about.

ACOUSTIC OR ELECTRIC
Start with the guitar that gets you excited to play. Our teachers work with both acoustic and electric guitar and can help beginners figure out which option makes the most sense for them.

All Ages & Skill Levels Welcome
From a child learning their first chord to an adult picking guitar back up after 20 years, our teachers meet students where they are and build lessons around their goals and interests.

Confidence Comes First
Our teachers create a positive, encouraging environment where students can be themselves, try new things, and build confidence through music.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN GUITAR LESSONS?
Built Around You
Everyone learns differently. The Riff Guitar Curriculum adapts to each student’s strengths, needs, goals, and musical interests, giving them a clear path forward without forcing every student through the exact same lesson plan.
A PLAN THAT FITS THE STUDENT Some students learn best by playing songs right away, while others need more time to break things down, repeat new skills, or understand how everything connects. Our teachers adjust the pace and approach to help each student learn in the way that works best for them.PROGRESS YOU CAN SEELessons are designed to keep students moving forward with achievable goals along the way. Whether that means completing a first song, becoming more comfortable on the guitar, or tackling something they once thought was too difficult, students have lot’s of opportunities to recognize how much they’re improving.
